As the drinking and agricultural purpose water resources become available in the villages where Jhep has started its work, various capacity building workshops will be arranged with the villagers to understand the fertility of soil, means to conserve soil, crop patterns, alternate ways to reduce the reliance on chemical fertilizers, etc. Preliminary discussions related to these topics continue to take place during each visit to the villages but formal workshops will be arranged after the first phase of water infrastructure projects are completed.
